Randy Zook serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Arkansas State Chamber of Commerce and the Associated Industries of Arkansas. His extensive career spans leadership roles in economic development and business, including Deputy Director of Administration and Finance for the Arkansas Economic Development Commission and a 34-year tenure with Atlantic Envelope Company of Atlanta, where he served as President and CEO from 1989 to 2004. He is an active member of several boards, including the Arkansas Public School Resource Center, the Executive Board for the Quapaw Area Council of the Boy Scouts of America, Economics Arkansas, the Executive Board of Council of State Manufactures Association, and McGehee Farm & Real Estate Co.

Diane Dixon Zook was born in Batesville, AR, and holds a BSE and MSE in Special Education from ASTC. She did postgraduate work at UAMS and UCLA with an emphasis on Administration, teaching students with Specific Learning Disabilities (dyslexia, dysgraphia and dyscalculia), autism, and Program for Effective Teaching. Her distinguished career in education includes roles as a Teacher, Academic Therapist, Supervisor of Special Education, and Director of Special Services. She has also worked as an advocate for students needing special education services, contributed to curriculum development for the History of Christianity in Siberian public schools, and served on the Board of AGAPE. After returning to Arkansas, she became a Court Appointed Special Advocate for the 16th district and served on the boards of Manna House and the Ozarka College Foundation. She was appointed to the Arkansas State Board of Education in 2013, serving as Chair in 2019 and 2020, and continues to champion child advocacy through her work on the Southern Region Education Board.

Together, Diane and Randy are devoted supporters of education, child advocacy, and missions, both domestic and foreign. Locally, they support organizations including the Arkansas Foodbank, Our House, LifeSkills for Youth, Tendaji, Churches of Christ National Relief Effort, and The Compassion Center. They share a love of reading, sports, and travel. Diane and Randy enjoy spending time with their three grown children, five exceptional grandchildren, and two God children.
