Cindy and T.J. Boyle are a Little Rock couple whose professional expertise and deep commitment to service have made them trusted leaders in both business and community life. Longtime supporters of the Arkansas Foodbank, they have championed the fight against hunger through philanthropy and leadership. This year, the Foodbank is proud to announce Cindy and T.J. as the Chairs of the 24th Annual Empty Bowls fundraising gala, where their dedication and vision will help raise critical support to provide meals and hope for thousands of Arkansans.
About Cindy
Cindy recently retired after more than 30 years in public accounting and consulting. For 20 of those years, she led the national IT Risk and Compliance practice at a top 10 U.S. professional services firm, overseeing strategy, growth, and national teams. She has guided public and private companies through cybersecurity challenges, regulatory compliance, and large-scale risk assessments. Today, she serves on the Board of Directors of Delta Dental of Arkansas, where she chairs the Audit & Risk Committee. She is on the Advisory Board and a Founders Circle member of Arkansas State University’s (ASU) Center for Leadership Excellence, which provides mentoring and scholarships for students. She is a founding member of the Leadership Foundation for Women, which provides a forum for professional development.
About T.J.
T.J. is a Partner at Frost, PLLC, a leading CPA firm based in Little Rock. With nearly 25 years of audit and advisory experience, he works with clients across the country in various industries, including agribusiness and food processing, construction, not-for-profit, and manufacturing. At Frost, he has also held various roles such as Director of Quality Control, Head of Audit Services, and Head of Recruiting. Locally, he has served on the Board of Directors of the Arkansas Society of CPAs and currently serves on the Board of Our House, which supports families overcoming homelessness, as well as on the University of Arkansas at Little Rock’s Business School Advisory Council.
Together, Cindy and T.J. model what it means to lead with both heart and expertise. Through their philanthropy, professional leadership, and service on nonprofit boards, they are helping ensure that families across Central Arkansas have the support and resources they need, not only today but also for the future.
