About Joe & Mary Lynn Copeland 

Joe and Mary Lynn Copeland have been devoted champions of the Arkansas Foodbank for more than two decades. Joe has served on the Board of Directors for over ten years, including as Board President, guiding the organization through periods of significant growth and change. His steady leadership helped ensure the Foodbank could continue providing essential food assistance to communities across Arkansas during unprecedented demand. 

Mary Lynn has contributed more than 1,220 volunteer hours over 25 years, making her one of the Foodbank’s longest-serving volunteers. From sorting donations to supporting key events, she embodies the spirit of service that drives the Foodbank’s mission. The Copelands are also known for their personal generosity, regularly hosting Foodbank staff at their home each Christmas. Together, Joe and Mary Lynn are an integral part of the Arkansas Foodbank family.
