One in four children face food insecurity in Arkansas, and in some of our rural counties, that rate is as high as one in three.

Children need nutritious food to grow and thrive, and they need it every day. Unfortunately, over 87,000 children in central and south Arkansas are food insecure, meaning they aren’t sure when or where their next meal will come from.

At the Arkansas Foodbank, we are committed to exploring ways to create seamless access to nutritious food for children who face hunger.

Hi,

Welcome to my Hunger Heroes page!  I enjoy helping others & am super excited to be a part of this program.  

I have hosted a food drive for my Elementary School food pantry for my birthday the last two years & cannot describe a better feeling on delivery day.  I appreciate my friends helping me make this a success!  

I can make a difference for others by volunteering my time & contributing what I can but I need your help.  Can I count on you?    You can make a monetary donation by clicking the link.  If you cannot donate but can donate a few hours of your time let me know & we can go together!
